I am under a lot of pressure to document what’s going on in my life, because in the turmoil of market upheaval, the most desperate have a tendency to gouge customers and break the rules at an even faster rate when they see that giant hole in their ship.

For example, take EBAY. I know I am not the only one who has complaints about their financial abuses and shoddy customer service facilities, the abuse of power given to sellers, who are enabled to make false strikes against you which remain on your account whether or not prompt payment was made for the item they sold you.

I am here to tell you that my entire account was shut down last night because some impatient seller (that’s one single account), decided to place 4 strikes on my account for non-payment, simply because I was a week late answering his email.  Another seller, whom I am purchasing an entire set of books from, and whom I have patiently asked to wait two weeks while a check comes in, has also come after me in this manner, as has a seller whom I paid in full, and simply did not like my tone.  If this were retail, these people would be out on their asses for treating me this way.  But since the internet is a great place for negligent CEOs to hide from their customer base, people like Margaret C. Whitman, CEO of Ebay, continue allow these flagrant abuses of the same people who pay her that multi-million dollar compensation package.  The ideas is that since her profits stem from middle-man activities, she is not responsible for her own corrupt policy and issues with the stress these corrupt policies causes all the “little people”  who pay her salary.  I am being targeted for POLITICAL reasons, I might add.  They canceled purchases I made two weeks ago last night.  A winter coat that’s paid in full which  I bought for my son three weeks ago is among those items.  This is because these pigs want me to give them my 9 year-old son to use for their economic purposes, and I am refusing.

All this is politically and economically motivated, I might add, and the most unreasonable thing about it is that I am TRYING to pay these accounts, and with the strikes this seller placed on my account I am UNABLE to pay what I owe.  There is NO PLACE TO CALL TO COMPLAIN.  I have over 3 grand in purchases still pending, and am being prevented access to my account for this purpose, too.  This is because I am being muscled by Dreamworks, and their Jewish friends in New York, and Britain.  I am also being sexually harassed by this disgusting bull-dyke’s friends.  As you can plainly see, Meg Whitman openly associates with Dreamworks SKG, and several of the other corporations I have been vocal about.

It brings to mind the dot.com crash of the 1990’s and it becomes very clear that certain people who run businesses on the internet are using the medium as an excuse to AVOID EQUITABLE TREATMENT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

EBAY’s big argument is that it’s just a broker for sales made via it’s marketplace, but my point is this: if they are constructing policy that enables management to allow select sellers (read: friends of members of the Board of Directors), the right to bully and cajole their  buyers, they are DIRECTLY responsible for the resulting inconveniences, thefts, etc. and how these affect their sellers.

Furthermore, these same people who run EBAY hold a MONOPOLY on the internet, and also own significant stakes in the following businesses:
